It may be that the survey is the first part of creating an asbestos management plan for your business. Alternatively, you may be purchasing a property and want to understand the extent of asbestos in the premises.

During our surveys, we thoroughly search for asbestos to establish whether the material is present. It may be the asbestos is present as a constituent material. In any case it may be necessary to have samples of the asbestos or asbestos-containing materials and send them off to a UKAS-accredited lab for testing.

Once we have information on the asbestos found, we will present you with a report detailing the asbestos and providing options on next steps.

Asbestos removals

Where necessary, we can carry out asbestos removals in a safe and efficient manner. It is not always required that asbestos should be removed when it is found in a property; if the material is in good condition and is not in danger of being disturbed, leaving it in place may be the best option. However, if it is determined that removal is necessary, we would be happy to carry it out for you.

We can also arrange to have asbestos air testing carried out after the removal has taken place to ascertain whether it is safe to return to the property.
