I began my career within the asbestos industry in 2002 and have worked my way through a variety of roles to director level, gaining extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of the industry. Throughout my career, I have undertaken asbestos surveying, laboratory analysis, contract management, and asbestos removal work, giving me a broad and practical understanding of both operational and technical processes within the sector.

Since joining Crucial Environmental Ltd, I have played a key role in supporting the Managing Director and contributing to the company’s continued growth and development. It has been incredibly rewarding to see the business expand over the years into the respected and professional organisation it is today. I am especially grateful for the dedicated team around us, whose hard work and commitment continue to drive the company forward.

I hold BOHS qualifications P401, P402, P403, P404, and P405, as well as the Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager Certificate, and I am currently continuing my professional development by studying towards the Asbestos CoCA qualification. I remain passionate about maintaining high industry standards, supporting staff development, and delivering the highest level of service and compliance across every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, I am a proud family man and enjoy spending time with my wife and five children, as well as following football.
