I began my career in the asbestos industry in 2009 as a removal operative and worked my way up through the industry to Supervisor level, a role I thoroughly enjoyed for many years. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on experience within asbestos removal operations, developing strong relationships with clients and a passion for supporting and training new members of staff entering the industry.

I joined Crucial Environmental Ltd in 2024 as a Supervisor and have recently progressed into the role of Contracts Manager after successfully achieving my Contracts Manager qualification. Moving into management has allowed me to combine my operational experience with project coordination and client support, while still remaining closely connected to site teams and day-to-day operations.

I take pride in maintaining high standards of professionalism, supporting staff development, and delivering a reliable and efficient service for clients across all projects.

Outside of work, I have a strong passion for football and actively manage and play within non-league football, something I have been heavily involved in for many years.
