About us

Crucial Environmental Ltd are an asbestos consultancy with a head office in Worthing, West Sussex. We carry out asbestos surveys, asbestos laboratory testing and licensed asbestos removal all over the UK.

Formed in 2012, we have continued to organically grow to a team of around 25, many are field based, with a team of 7-8 currently based in our Worthing office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and planning of operatives diaries and possess strong organizational skills to ensure ongoing success.

Duties:

  • Planning operatives work within online diary.
  • Creating quotations, booking appointments, liaising with clients and colleagues via telephone and email.
  • Using bespoke software tailored to our industry to keep records up to date.
  • Assisting Directors and Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Utilize project management software to maintain project documentation

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS applications. To include Word, Outlook, Excel, with experience of Visio being a bonus.
  • Experience using a CRM is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Quick learning, computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
