I officially joined Crucial Environmental Ltd in June 2026 as Finance Manager, after providing off-site financial support to the business for more than five years. With over 15 years of finance experience, I oversee the company’s full finance function, from bookkeeping and payroll to cash-flow management, financial reporting, forecasting and maintaining effective financial controls. I work closely with the management team, providing the financial insight needed to support informed decisions and the company’s continued growth. My role is also developing to include HR responsibilities.

I take great pride in helping to maintain the financial health of the business and using my knowledge and experience to contribute to Crucial’s success. After working from home for several years, I love being part of a busy office where no two days are the same. The entire team is incredibly supportive, and there is rarely a day when we don’t laugh.

Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mum of two. I enjoy spending time with my extended family, attending reggae & old school soul concerts, and advocating for greater awareness of 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, which my daughter has.
