I have worked within the asbestos industry since 2018, beginning my career as a trainee surveyor before joining Crucial Environmental Ltd in 2021. Since then, I have gained extensive experience surveying a wide range of complex and high-profile sites, including Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, One Canada Square, as well as industrial facilities and power stations across the UK.

As both my experience and the company have continued to grow, I transitioned into the role of Technical Manager in 2025. In this position, I support the technical development and competency of surveyors, oversee compliance meetings, and contribute towards maintaining the high standards and professionalism that Crucial Environmental is known for. I also continue to expand my knowledge and experience to assist in the development of effective and practical asbestos management solutions for clients.

I am committed to continuous professional development and am currently preparing to complete my BOHS P405 qualification to further strengthen my technical expertise within the industry.

Outside of work, I have a strong passion for football and sport in general. I also enjoy skiing, climbing, and spending time in the mountains, and successfully completed the Three Peaks Challenge in 2020.
