I joined Crucial Environmental Ltd in 2025 as Quality and Laboratory Compliance Manager, bringing a strong scientific background and a detail-focused approach to the asbestos testing industry. Prior to joining the company, I completed both an undergraduate degree in Equine and Veterinary Biosciences and a Master’s degree in Equine Science while studying in Wales, alongside achieving my BOHS P401 qualification.

After beginning my career within equine science, I developed a strong interest in laboratory operations, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance, which led me to transition into the asbestos sector. Since joining Crucial Environmental, I have focused on supporting high laboratory standards, maintaining compliance procedures, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all aspects of laboratory work.

I am passionate about continuous improvement and take pride in contributing to a professional environment that values quality, safety, and reliability.

Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding, maintaining my connection to my academic background, and spending quality time with my family.
