I joined Crucial Environmental Ltd in 2017, during the company’s early stages, and have enjoyed being part of its continued growth into the respected organisation it is today. Starting my career with the business as a Surveyor allowed me to gain valuable hands-on industry experience and develop a strong understanding of the operational side of the company.

As the business expanded, I progressed into the role of Operations and Logistics Manager, where I now oversee the coordination of projects, team performance, and the smooth delivery of services. My experience across both site-based and management roles has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the industry and allows me to support the business in maintaining high standards of efficiency, professionalism, and client service.

I take pride in being part of a dedicated team that continues to drive the company forward while maintaining the strong values and reputation that Crucial Environmental is known for.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gaming, and spending time relaxing with family and friends.
