I began my career within the asbestos industry in 2006 as a removal operative and progressed through the industry to Supervisor level, gaining extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of asbestos removal projects. During this time, I developed strong knowledge of site operations, health and safety regulations, and team management, while also playing a key role in training and supporting new members of staff entering the industry.

As my experience grew, I progressed into Contracts Management and achieved the relevant industry qualifications to support the role. This has allowed me to combine practical site knowledge with project coordination, compliance management, and client communication to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

I joined Crucial Environmental Ltd in 2023 and have enjoyed being part of the continued growth and development of the removals division. It has been rewarding to contribute towards building a strong and professional department alongside a dedicated and hardworking team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and following sport.
